Here at Sizzler Barbecue Caterers, we know that e​​very celebration is unique.  So, instead of offering a limited selection of set menus to choose from, we give you full control of which food items you would like to offer at your special event.  Therefore, every event is quoted for on an individual basis.

There are many different factors taken into consideration when your quotation is generated, including the date, location, facilities available, guest numbers and menu selected.  Please see our Pricing Policy for further details on this.

BBQ catering costs - Example 1

Event date:  A Sunday in June 2026

Guests:  35

Location:  Thetford, Norfolk

Access:  Parking in driveway with pedestrian access to back garden, water and electric accessible

Menu:

  • Selection of Lincolnshire Sausages

  • Sticky BBQ pork belly ribs

  • Two different flavours of marinated chicken skewers

  • A choice of sweet chilli  and lime prawn skewers or steamed salmon

  • Vegetable side portions

  • Mixed leaf salad, cowboy rice salad, potato salad and coleslaw

  • Fresh bread selection

Access:  Vehicular parking in staff car park and set up next to the trailer, water and electricity accessible

Menu:

  • Selection of Lincolnshire Sausages

  • A choice of beef or pork and apple burgers

  • Two different flavours of marinated chicken skewers

  • Lamb kofta kebabs

  • Mixed leaf salad, pasta salad and potato salad

  • Fresh soft bread rolls

  • Selection of sauces, accompaniments and butter

    • Vegetarian options available and other dietary requests catered for, including: 1 x vegetarian, 1 x lactose free and 1 x nut allergy​

Cost: £3100

​​​​​The quotation you will receive from Sizzler will be an all inclusive price, as opposed to a per head costing.   Therefore, you may find that if your numbers increase or decrease, this price may not change significantly, as many of the costs associated with providing the BBQ catering requested, will remain the same.
