In 2024, we received a phone call from a corporate client who had only negative experiences
of other catering suppliers to relate to. They had pretty much lost faith in all external catering
companies through previous bad experiences including poor communication, budget and
poor-quality produce, delays in service, unclean and inadequate equipment, and a less than
professional set up!
In swooped the Sizzler team! We quickly reassured the client that we would be able to provide their vision on time, at their chosen venue and in a professional and friendly manner.
We meticulously planned the menu and timings with the client prior to the event. We turned
up at the working yard and set up our equipment quickly and efficiently, without having to
disturb the client, who was busy with their customers and team. We were ready for service at
the given time, allowing the whole team to devour their delicious BBQ lunch together and
enjoy a relaxed dining experience in the venue’s fully functional farm barn.
There was high praise from all guests, and the client themselves were extremely impressed
and their faith in hiring an external caterer had been restored! They specifically praised the
professional, clean and modern set up, the food quality itself, the team’s friendly and attentive service and the punctuality in set up, service and cleaning away.
We were delighted to receive a marvellous 5-star review on our Google business profile following this event, and have received multiple repeat bookings for this client for 2025!
What more can we ask for?! A repeat client is tremendous praise and appreciation, and it is
a true testament to the whole Sizzler team, who all make the event catering experience
seamless, professional and simply the best!
