Here at Sizzler Barbecue Caterers, we know that e​​very celebration is unique.  So instead of offering a limited selection of set menus to choose from, we give you full control of which food items you would like to offer at your special event.  Therefore, every event is quoted for on an individual basis.

There are many different factors taken into consideration when your quotation is generated, including the date, location, facilities available at the venue, guests numbers and menu selected.  Please see our Pricing Policy for further details on this.

Garden Wedding

BBQ catering costs - Example 1

Event date:  A Saturday in June 2025

Guests:  18

Location:  Spalding

Access:  Parking in driveway with pedestrian access to back garden, water and electric accessible

Menu:

  • Selection of Norfolk Sausages

  • Beef burgers

  • Two different flavours of marinated chicken skewers

  • Lamb koftas

  • Mixed leaf salad, cowboy rice salad and coleslaw

  • Fresh crusty bread and soft bread rolls

  • Selection of sauces, accompaniments and butter

    • Vegetarian and vegan options available

  • Standard white bagasse plates​ and black disposable cutlery

Cost: £1400

Access:  Vehicular access but not next to the set up, water and electricity accessible a short walk away within venue

Menu:

  • Selection of minted lamb steaks

  • Peppered minute steaks

  • Sticky BBQ pork belly ribs

  • Mixed leaf salad, cowboy rice salad, coleslaw and potato salad

  • Fresh bread selection

  • Selection of sauces and butter

    • Vegetarian options available and other dietary requests catered for, including: 2 x gluten free​

BBQ catering costs - Example 3

Event date:  A Sunday in August 2025

Guests:  37

Location:  Norwich

Access:  Vehicular parking on driveway and pedestrian access to back garden for set up, water and electricity accessible

Menu:

  • Selection of Lincolnshire Sausages

  • Beef burgers

  • Two different flavours of marinated chicken skewers

  • Sweet chilli and lime prawn skewers

  • Mixed leaf salad, coleslaw and potato salad

  • Fresh soft bread rolls

  • Selection of sauces, accompaniments and butter

    • Vegetarian options available and other dietary requests catered for, including: 1 x vegetarian, 1 x lactose free and 1 x nut allergy​

  • Standard white bagasse plates​ and black disposable cutlery

Cost: £1920

​​​​​The quotation you will receive from Sizzler will be an all inclusive price, as opposed to a per head costing.   Therefore, you may find that if your numbers increase or decrease, this price may not change significantly, as many of the costs associated with providing the BBQ catering requested, will remain the same.
